Welcome to Fairview Early Childhood Center!

It is with great excitement and gratitude that I introduce myself as the principal of Fairview Early Childhood Center. I am truly honored to join such a dedicated and passionate group of educators and staff who play a vital role in shaping the early learning experiences of our youngest learners.

With over 25 years of experience in the Capital School District, I have had the privilege of serving in a variety of roles within general education. I firmly believe that early childhood education lays the foundation for a lifetime of learning. I am especially proud to bring a strong commitment to The Leader in Me framework, which fosters leadership, responsibility, and self-confidence in every child.

My vision is to build upon the strong foundation already established at Fairview, while nurturing a culture of collaboration, innovation, and joy. Together, we will ensure that every child is known, valued, and supported in their journey to reach their fullest potential.

We are also excited to be working closely with East Dover Early Childhood Center and its principal, Dr. Ickes, as we align our efforts and support each other on this shared journey. Together, we are committed to making sure that Capital’s youngest learners feel seen, supported, and celebrated.
